Chambers Landing Private Beach & Tennis Club
Chambers Landing is a private beach and tennis club available to you while staying at this Homewood Cabin. For your enjoyment you will find golden sandy beaches, a sparkling heated pool, ping pong, paddle boats and tennis courts, all staffed by the Chambers Lifeguard Team. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus which picks up all residents outside their cabins for a ride to and from the beach every 1/2 hour. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant and a causal grill.
This historical location has been enjoyed by our family for generations and is a place where you can enjoy Tahoe at its finest.

Hiking, Biking and Horse Back Riding
There are many enjoyable trails right off the back deck. The cabin backs up to National Forest Service land and so trails are accessible right off the back deck. Emerald bay, Meeks Bay and Sugar Pine Point are all state parks with beautiful biking and hiking trails that are just minutes away. Horse back riding opportunities can be found at Squaw Valley during the summer months for everyone to enjoy. Spring and Fall are both great times to enjoy the quiet beauty of Lake Tahoe.

Winter Sports
Winter is a wonderful time at Lake Tahoe. Right out the back door of the cabin you will find hours of entertainment whether it is following the 1960 Olympics Cross Country skiing trail, snowshoeing on undisturbed back country trails or taking a ride down the sledding hill we have enjoyed for years. Skiing is just minutes away, 5 minutes to Homewood, 20 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, and 45 minutes to Northstar.
